It is not excessive. I don't have any stretch marks. My skin is very loose I guess. What kind of cream?

Congrats on losing the weight! In Oxygen magazine last summer, there was a page on what to try before a facelift, and this can apply to your arms and stomach, too. It was recommended that one try the NutriMinC RE9 facial set; you can get it from Arbonne International. I have also seen before and after shots of a woman who used it on one arm and after a month you could completely tell the difference--the skin on that arm was tighter and clearer than the skin on the other arm. I know some guys who use this set too. I can help you order it and have it shipped to you or if you are more comfortable working with someone else, you can do a search for another distributor.

It will take intensive exercise focusing on those parts of your body that "sag" and even then, you may not be able to get rid of the extra skin. They make skin firming lotion you can use to restore elasticity to you skin along with the exercise. It may take surgery to get rid of all the extra skin, depending on how much there is.

To firm up the best way is through weight training. Do abs, to tighten up the stomach area. Crunches, or ab machines. for the arms, use free weights or the machines for your biceps and triceps.

However, if there are stretch marks, and those have already gotten white (meaning they are older) your skin is highly unlikely to go back. Some people claim through lengthy and rigourous weight training you can get rid of it, but I have yet to see it. . .
