Sorry but do you seriously think I can train a 2 year old Golden Retriever to do yoga when every day is a battle to keep the slob off the sofas?
His exercise is running with all the other dogs on the hills and in the park and the nearest to a meditative yoga-like state for him is when he's deep in thought with one leg ****** over a bush.

I have and understand that people who do Yoga with their dogs are having really good luck with it.
The dog lays next to the person doing yoga and lets them stretch their legs and neck and spine by gently moving the animal around as they themselves stretch.I hear it's particularly good to do on arthritic dogs as it's very low impact but it's a warm up before a walk not to be used as a replacement.

I've never tried to teach her, but my Jack Russell Mix always joins in while I'm doing yoga. She seems to really enjoy it.

i'm no longer positive about that, yet I actually were attempting for 2.5 years. when I had tried to get pregnant for about a year, we went the puppy way, and then six months later, we were given a 2d puppy. we are nevertheless no longer pregnant, yet those 2 canines are like my youngsters until eventually I have a infant. i might want to truthfully do it, the worst ingredient that would want to take position is that you eventually end up loving that puppy very a lot and that is continually a sturdy ingredient! infant dirt to you!!!

It's done, but I don't think it could replace going out for a walk. I think it's more for the dog owners. I've seen a book called doga about it. Here's a site to look at http://www.dogadog.com/

Yeah, I've heard of it and seen people doing it on tv. I think they even have classes where you bring your dog with you in certain parts of the country. I have never personally tried it but I think it is becoming more popular. From what I've seen on tv, it seems pretty interesting.

No. Although that doesn't sound really cool, and rather amusing. However i suppose it helps dogs that cannot go for walkies =]
