Honey! you don't give much information on what's up. So I'll try and reply.
IF YOU'RE VOMITING, HAVE DIARRHEA, NAUSEA. THEN;
Make sure you get ELECTROLYTES into you.These are mineral salts etc your body needs after you've had the above. You can get it from the Pharmacy, Gatorade.too
Eat, crackers, drink broths or if you like chicken noodle soup. slowly add other foods like steamed fish, boiled poached eggs, steamed chicken Nothing too rich or fatty. Ginger is great for upset stomachs, in teas or adding to stir fry veg.But don't do the later until feeling a bit better.
A COLD OR FLU. then plenty of fluids, broths, teas,and light foods as above.
RINSE MOUTH WITH A WARM SALT WATER . 1/3 tsp. salt in glass warm water,This will help the YUK! taste to go. Also Mouthwash will help too.I Hope you feel better soon. Lynda

You can go with the traditional "BRAT" diet - Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast, or any mild starchy foods - noodles, muffins, etc. Stay away from milk and dairy products until you have gone at least 8 hours with out getting sick. As long as you are not having intestinal issues (other end) try popsicles, jell-o, or ginger ale. If you do have intestinal issues stay away from sugary foods because that will make it worse.

Once you can keep the mild stuff down for more that 2 hours move onto mild protein, like scrambled eggs. Stay away from greasy or spicy food for up to a few days after you are feeling better.

FYI - ginger in a natural cure for anti-nausea. You can make and drink a "tea" from ginger root and that will help too.
Ginger 'tea' - purchase ginger root from grocery store, peel and slice about 1/2 inch of the root into rounds, put about 2 cups of water in a pot along with the sliced ginger and bring to a boil. Boil until the water looks mildly golden. Let cool and drink.
It doesn't taste great, but it sure calms the stomach!

Take care!
