God wanted us to share as male and female the upbringing of a child, thus sex, the natural process of by which a child is concieved, had to have been made a special thing between two individuals in order to bring them closer together to raise the child being concieved.

God gave feeling not only to do sex, but a lot many things. sex is very very small as compared to those feelings. just imagine that you touch something and you dont feel that you are touching it. we have only made the word touch but the feeling which we get on touching is given by god. all the external organs of the body have some kinds of feeling capabilities. this is just a way to interact with outer nature and other similar kind of beings.
As far as sex feeling is considered, if you wont have feeling in doing sex, then you wont do sex. and if you wont do sex then you woould not have been here to ask question and i would not have been here to answer your question.
think about it. :)

Like many things in life, sex can be used for good or for bad. Our sexuality is a gift from God but with it comes responsibility. God's original plan was that a sexual relationship be between a man and a woman who were married to one another, that it be for pleasure as well as procreation, and that their faithful, committed relationship would last till death. To ignore God's will is sin, and sin opens the door to many sorrows, i.e. broken homes, illegitimate children, disease, exploitation, etc.
This is from the Holman Bible Dictionary:
"Several deviations of sexual behavior are condemned in the biblical teachings: homosexuality (Leviticus 18:22; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Cor. 6:9-10); bestiality (Exodus 22:19; Leviticus 18:23); incest (Leviticus 18:6-18; 1 Cor. 5); rape (Exodus 22:16-17; Deut. 22:23-29); adultery (Exodus 20:14; Deut. 22:22); prostitution (Proverbs 7:1-27; Proverbs 29:3;); fornication (1 Cor. 6:9-10; compare Matthew 19:9). These are all declared to be outside of the will of God for man and woman who are called to live together in monogamous fidelity within the covenant of marriage. The only other option is the giftedness of celibacy (Matthew 19:12b; 1 Cor. 7:7). Incidentally, the Bible is silent on the subject of masturbation (compare Leviticus 15:16). It is silent on physical techniques of sexual intercourse, referring only to marital rights or enjoyment (Exodus 21:10), erotic caresses (Song 2:6; Song 7:1-9), fondling (Genesis 26:8), and pleasure in conceiving (Genesis 18:12). Yet these are set forth in the context of the behavior of married couples. Intimate sexual behavior outside of marriage is considered sexual immorality in the biblical perspective."

Sex feels good and is useful for reproduction and for expressing love in a marital union.
I like Pope John Paul II's "Theology of the Body," which breaks down the purposes of sexuality.
