Basically we broke up three months ago after being on again off again a year and a half. We haven't had any contact. She referred to me as a stalker the other day. I haven't bothered her. She's going in chat and telling them she has a stalker. I met someone else. She's a nice girl and I explained to her what's going on. She understands and said just ignore it, she'll go away. Someone let the cat out of the bag that I'm interested in this other woman. Then the person who let the cat out of the bag said that as soon as that happened she's saying her and her ex of 16 years bought a house together, making up stories. Her ex and her haven't been together in ten years. One minute she's single, the next she's with her fake ex. Why is she doing this? Is she mad about me having someone new I'm interested in? What should I do?

why are u even botherin with all the crap if shes your ex. just ignore her youve obviously moved on its all he said she said and quite childish just ingnore her and she will go away eventually.

This is so unfortunate that your ex is taking you through this.
She evidently jealous, upset, confused, not able to handle the break-up, she is still in love w/ you etc...Your present girl is right you really have to ignore it (unless it gets physical or she enters your space) if you give any attention to this...this will only prolong her getting over it.

yes the girl is playing games and she is wasteing your time so don't pay her no attention at all. the more your life gets better the more she is going to hate it because her life is not great and thats why she plays the stupid games because you have moved on and she's not on the top of your list anymore. so in other words live your life and maybe your ex will one day come to her senses.

She is probably jealous, and any reaction she gets out of you by saying these things is a bonus to her. I would ignore her...she will go away eventually. She is looking for a rise out of you, so don't give her one.

I am going to go with your new girl on this one, just ignore her. pretty soon she will find her next victim (probably by talking bad about you) and she will forget a bout you.
