Put the browned meat in a colander set over a bowl to drain. Return the meat to the pan and proceed with your recipe.
Depending on the amount of grease in the bowl you could dispose of it by putting a double-thickness of paper toweling in the bowl to absorb the grease then throw it away, or you may want to pour it into an empty can and then into the trash.

Put the browned meat in a colander to drain the fat as mentioned by others but instead of using paper towel pour the drained meat onto a brown bag grocery bag.
The paper towel will leak onto the counter top while the brown paper bag will absorb the remaining grease without leaking through

to remove the most fat place into a colander and run hot water over the hamburger. It does remove some of the fat provided by the fat but if you are adding it to a casserole, etc it is the best wat to remove almost all of the grease.

You can run the meat under hot water to remove most of the fat. Just squeeze out the excess water. You will loose some of the flavor the fat gives but if you are adding it to a recipe it will be fine. I have done this numerous times.
