Don't "tell" her, show her.
Introduce her to your friends, include her into your life at home, like do the vacuuming at home while she is there, or the laundry, or cook her her favorite meal.
If you are going to be in a relationship with her then you are going to be included in her life, and she is going to be included in your life.
It is probably really too early to introduce her to your family, this would probably scare her off.
Take her out to your favorite places, like waterfalls, beaches, movies, concerts, bike riding, rollerblading, skateboarding, whatever things you enjoy, include her in them and ask her to include you in the things that she enjoys so you can each get to know the other, and spend time doing the things you enjoy, not just talking about them, that is important, doing the things you enjoy, and her doing the things that she enjoys.

The fact that you're on a 3rd date says that you like her. You can come out and say that you really think she's pretty great, without sounding too sappy.

just keep dating her, that should let her know you like her....don't for gods sake go & say something like "I love you" to her....way too soon for that.
