Hi, my names Jazmine. I'm 15, 5'5, and i am now 131 pounds. I am trying to go down to 125, and am wondering if eating 250 calories less than my usual intake and excersising 30 min. every other day would help be lose weight by then end of March? I'm aiming to lose all of this fat in a month..

I wouldn't worry to much about loosing weight.
I would say that what you weight is about right for you.

But exercising to trim & tone your body is a good idea.

That is much more important than what your weight is now.

You will look & feel better.

i'm sorry to tell you that you can't lose fat whenever you want its very stubon so you have to be patient and it will go away in a few months even if you eat less calories but if you stop eating completely you will see the difference within a month but you'll be placing your body in jeopardy
