Nobody likes a snitch, but warn him that if he does it again, you WILL complain to a teacher or somebody.

Actually, this is classified as assault. But I think that the best thing to do is to embarass him in front of his friends. Next time he does it or tries it say something like; 'God! Is sneaking up on girls and grabbing them the only way you can get any action? Take no for an answer, buddy!'
I think if he feels embarassed about it then he'll stop. Teenage boys have very fragile egos. And grabbing girls randomly like that is really not cool. I punch guys in the stomach who grab at me in clubs now. It's not acceptable.

By no way is violence the answer. DO NOT WAIT FOR A NEXT TIME! You may be alone or in a position where you cannot get help next time.
Go to your principal, a teacher or a counselor and calmly tell them what has happened. Tell your parents also. This guy does NOT need to be arrested and perhaps labeled for life. He NEEDS psychological counseling for his inappropriate behavior and may need to be removed from the school.

If you are trying to fix the situation w/o getting him inot serious trouble you need to tell him that if he doesn't stop you'll have to take the issue to the principal. He won't stop without incentive if you've told him to stop and he hasn't. If he doesn't stop after talking to him and telling him that you'll report it then you have to follow through and report him. You may be able to report, but explain that you're not feeling violated or anything, but you want to make sure he knows that you mean business, w/o getting him expelled. After that if he doesn't stop then you should be worried and it'll be good that he is in big trouble.

Find a neutral party that you both respect and ask them to intervene. This person that is bothering you may be too immature to fully understand what you are saying. If this does not work you will have to go to the next step of reporting it.

Tell your Mom, Dad, teacher, principal, bus driver, or police. Just tell someone in authority. He doesn't have the right to touch you or harass you. He is being a bully and needs to be taught that this behavior is not correct.

he's sounds very creepy and i have been in this situation before only worse----since you have told him to stop your next move is to get together your witnesses and to report this to a teacher, school counselor......---this type of behavior is not tolerated in the school system and this student could be expelled if his actions don't stop or get worse---he is violating school protection orders and your body---you should be able to feel comfortable at school and welcomed---please report this boy asap and hopefully everything will stop----no one has the right to tuoch your body (temple) unless you give them permission---he's just a perverted creep

Speak to the school master about him. Let the school speak with his parents, if necessary. Whenever possible, avoid this friend of yours because chances are you'll likely to see him sneaking from behind you again whenever you're with this friend of yours.

Report him to the proper authorities at school. If he keeps it up, get a restraining order against him and/or have him arrested.
