No, because both boxers are agreeing to fight, and the boxers presumably know all of the risks involved in boxing. Although judging by boxers that carry on past their prime and risk serious (and permament) damage, you wouldn't think so. Look at Ali. His ego wouldn't allow him to quit, even when everyone else could see he was finished.

No he should not be charged unless it was foul play. All fighters go in the ring knowing the dangers of the sport. Neither fighter goes into a fight with the intentions of seriously hurting the other but at times this does happen.

No, because a boxer is consenting (by participating) to put himself at such risk.
If however the other player breaks the official rules and injury or death results, then yes - they can be held accountable.

No. Each boxer knows the dangers when they enter the ring. They do so at their own risk. Unless the fatal blow was dealt illegally against the rules.

This would be very difficult to control.
Naturally if one fighter was unmercifully beating the crap out of the other fighter and ignoring the referees instructions, etc. to back off - it could possibly be a case for Murder.
But - You have to remember that both fighters know that this can happen when they consent to fight each other.

No. There is always a risk that this might happen. A boxer knows this when they enter the ring.

Not unless he uses a gun instead of his fist, which is highly unlikely with a pair of boxing gloves on.
