I am Catholic and I have never seen a priest behind a veil. I don't go to confession either, however, this is an open forum versus a confessional. I think Yahoo! created this for fun, educational experiences among several others such as help needed or a cry for help. I hope this is OK for you. :)

When a priest listens to your problems or confessions behind a veil, he is suppose to represent Christ. As for Y!Answers, its freedom to express one's thought.

See in a church their are godly people with godly principles whereas here in yahoo people like me with no inhibitions whatsoever are there and we all give our replies irrespective of the age or sex of the questioner without even thinking about the pros and cons or our answer.

when your go to church, you are going in for confession. it is corelated with sin. so you think you have sinned and ask for pardon.

Yahoo is fun. meeting lot of people. like a mask party. where you meet faceless friends, who are there to help you in every way, every matter. It makes you feel as though you were on a merry-go- round. keep it up Yahoo. hope the number of your community grows by leaps and bounds.
