Loyalty is the coin which pays for trust, you cannot have one without the other.

Having faith is almost what trust in God means. If I have faith or trust in God then I should do what He says to do in the Bible without questioning (mostly New Testament for Christians, or Old and New Testament for Messianic Jews, which are Jewish people who convert to Christianity) and on a more general lifestyle application I should do His will (as written above) and also when I think that something is not going right in my life I should continue to pray and praise and "trust" that God will deliver me because it says in the Bible that all things work together for the good of those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose.
