What does faith and religion got to do with experience and knowledge? Anyway, i think that knowledge is more important, eg. a person does not know how to read and write, but he has a lot of experience in repairing cars. No matter how good he is, he can never have a high pay compared to a lawyer who have a lot of knowledge.Although you can get knowledge from experience, there are other ways of getting knowledge. Getting knowledge from experience is a slow way. Thats why there are schools and books.

Faith and religion have nothing to do with knowledge. Faith is believing stuff when you don't have knowledge. It's wishful thinking. Religions make claims of knowledge that they say are absolute truths. However, they don't back up those claims.
Religion is all about experience, especially the experience of emotions. If they can get you emotional enough, they can get you to believe anything. Actual evidence, though, is looked down upon because it might contradict the claims they want you to believe. But with enough emotional urging, people will rationalize away any real evidence they have to in order to believe the claims.

You can't select only one... Both go hand and hand.
Experience and teachings are what aids in building and strengthening knowledge. Regarding faith, your knowledge allows you to understand faith while your experiences strengthens your faith. Same goes for religion. Both are equally important. Without one makes you incomplete.

The concepts of "faith" and "religion" are both so fuzzy and vague that you will have to structure your question and define your terms a lot better if you want to get any coherent answers.
As it is currently worded; would say that, concerning faith, both experience and knowledge are of secondary importance.
As far as "FAITH and RELIGION" are concerned, I'd go with INSIGHT and DEDICATION.

Experience. Knowledge is to Know, which implies Truth, which implies Answers. Answers are useless. It is the contemplation of Mysteries that leads to better understanding about how the primate spirit actually works. Answers are a part of social movements, like religions, which suppress seeking or questioning and require obedience, compliance, and no thought. If you really want to find out how you, and your spirit, relates to the world around you, you have to go out and find out for yourself. That is experience, and true personal knowledge. Other Knowledge is just taking someone Else's word for how things are. You learn nothing by following someone else. If you think spouting out what you heard is Truth, then spout away, drain-pipe. If you want to figure things out, go out and Seek.

Experience without it you wouldn't have knowledge, just assumptions based on other peoples experiences.God doesn't just want you to know it,he wants you to experience it and live it and take it and make it your own,no matter what it is,and do it in Faith.Experience is the purpose of life.
