Please sit back and listen - perhaps she does not want to be 'found' - perhaps she has never been told - you have given her a chance of a new beginning - if you go in you could mess up her head big time - I would not think it is worth any chance to do that. Leave her be and let he have a normal life, if she wants to she will perhaps find you - as plain as you put it you have to move on and let her live a happy life that you chose to let her have through circumstances at that time. All this re-uniting thing is not always what it appears to be - we have enough instances of children being confused without them finding out that they are then torn between parents.

Genes reunited, friends reunited that's all i know. I do hope you find her. Good luck. Oh maybe the library could help you in some way or the registry office, just a thought really. I'm not clued up on this sorry

I am not sure where you live, but you might find this site helpful.

I remember registering on an Adoptee site once to try to find one of my daughters, but nothing has happened (so far).
