Yeah, it is a Trojan.

Microsoft can help. Isolate that computer from the network and the Internet. Then, on a different one, get the cure.

http://pclinuxos.com would boot live , and, it is immune. Then, plug in the cure on a USB stick, floppy, etc. from the OTHER computer.

copy the cure to the hard drive, (you must mount /dev/hdc ) and change read/write in Actions (right click of mouse, while hovering the cursor over the drive icon).
