At 13 you should not be worrying about what should your weight be!!! When you are still growing the distribution of fat in the body changes a lot, you are still in this process. To tamper with it may lead to more problems than help your health.
But do make sure you don't pile up too much fat in the wrong places because it is very hard to remove later.
The best way to avoid that is to cut back on simple carbohydrates such as SODAS, CANDY, too much pasta and pizza (yes, all the Italian stuff, just look at what happens to Italian women as they age!!!!). Also look at the French and the Brazilian women, how elegant they are. Take a trip to Pennsylvania and average the weight of the women there.....(they eat a lot of carbohydrates from home pastries in PA)

Probably around 120 - 125 lbs.

i would say between 95 and 120 pounds

Between 110lb and 140lb would be good for your age and height.
