I have booked the vets but just want to check before I get a hefty bill ... she meows almost constantly but still eats and drinks as normal. She also still plays. The only think I can see that may be wrong is that she keeps rolling over onto her back and meows VERY LOUDLY! when toileting?

Oh. This is sometimes normall. My kitty used to do the same thing and I found out I was over feeding her and boy could she eat. Try giving you cat smaller amounts of food. And if this doesn't help you might want o see a vet. My cat didn't meow loudly like you described but she did make noises soo....Hope I could elpn' please awnser my qeustion if you can. Thanks!

If she is mature and not spayed, she may be in heat. Otherwise, a urinary infection and needs to see the vet.

If she is in heat, it will last a couple of days and then pass. Until next month! However, if there is a chance she is hurting or infection then you definitely need to see the vet.

Hi there
My cat did the say and when i took her to the vets they said she was calling/on heat. The noise is really loud and can sound like a baby at times. Hope its her on heat and nothing else. Good luck at the vets and hope all is well.

You definitely need to have her checked out at the vets office because it could be a bladder infection or something worse.

Sounds very much like the problem our cat had, Kidney stones. If it is that then it could be an expensive course of treatment.
