Yes, it is not the best thing for senior knees, specially the going
down the step part, it is too prone to injuries.
If you want to exercise your legs, walk, it is the best exercise for seniors.

Not by my g/f. She did lots of step aerobics back when the fad first appeared and she believes that's why she just needed knee surgery and learned she has arthritis in both knees. Beware of "miracle" cures,,:-(=
