I live in a house that was condemned for demolition because it was falling down and not safe to inhabit. I fixed it all myself and it is now worth 4 times what I paid for it. I had planned on living here for the rest of my life and then realized I would like a large city that has warm weather in the winter. I am going south and finding and fixing another wrecked house.
