does it really work?

No it does not.
Fasting long enough will "clean" your colon (as in empty it) but any weight lost on a cleansing fast will come right back on - it is water weight. What you force out of your body during a fast is toxins.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

I don't know about colon cleansing and don't want to know! LOL! I have heard that vinegar, most people drink it as a tsp to a glass of water will help your body process sugar more efficiently, so you won't have a sugar spike. You're more likely to full longer, less hungry and burn more calories. I don't know if it works, but it makes sense. Call me a weirdo, but I like pickle juice.

no.

Any fad diet will work for a short time. There was an ice cream diet in the 1960's, used by the actresses on Gilligan's Island. They lost weight for a short time then blew up like balloons.

Colon cleaning is a farce, quackery. it can not work. Your colon is very efficient at cleaning itself.

Keep that meal between 400 and 1000 calories. Serve yourself a small portion, so if you like returning for seconds, you'll just find yourself eating a normal-size portion.

Keep this specific meal between 400 and 800 calories. Serve yourself a smaller portion, so if you like returning to college for seconds, you'll just wind up eating a normal-size portion.

Add veggies to baked merchandise. You'll never even taste your zucchini in these brownies or maybe the sweet potato in most of these cookies.

Water, vineagar, salt, dyes, and some dill flavouring? Only if the vineagar makes you puke. Depending on how much you drink, the salt will make you retain water, and the vinaegar might upset acid/base balances in your body.
