so i want to cut my hair short but afraid it wont come out the way i like.... if anyone in here is a hair expert i would love your advice. i have dry unmangeable, frizzy and puffy hair. i usally get it relaxed but haven't had it done since august which is a long time to go so at this moment my hair is pretty sad it doesn't want to do anything i want it to....that why i am considering cutting short. so my question is is it ok for people who frizzy, dry unmangeable, puffy hair cut their hair short or should i just get it relaxed again.

get you self short razor cut layers . ask your stylist to trim those frizzy puffy dry ends and later ask her the product best suited for your hair maintenance.
being hair stylist my self i would per fer razor finish your hair to give u a frizz free look.

If you cut it short it will get worse. A trim is ok but not an actual hair cut - I would get it relaxed again.

If you cut your hair shoulder length, it probably will not get frizzy. Or just keep considering it a lot!
