If i go walking for a hour eat 3 times a day only healthy food and drink water for 3 weeks how much weight can I lose i know i'll lose some I just really want to know how much. I'd like to lose at least 5 pounds, ten at the most.

Good start.

What I don't like is the time limit. You need to try to modify your bad behaviors (the ones that cause you to gain weight) into good, healthy behaviors, and change your lifestyle accordingly.

That being said, your plan looks fine - just calorie count because you can still overeat on healthy food, and if you undereat, you are setting yourself up to gain the weight right back. Keep your calories between 1250 and 1550 per day, and in 3 weeks, you are looking at 3 to 6 pounds. Not too bad.

First of all, that sounds like a good plan. But please do remember not to starve yourself. The recommend range for lose is between .5 and 2 pounds a week, so in three weeks you might expect to lose 1.5 to 6 pounds, maybe more depending on if you had water retention issues when you started (drinking plenty of water helps with that!).
