Hello Cinija:

Some people may have noticed that you are dyslexic, but I am sure others didn't. There are some rude people here in R/S, but not everyone is that same.

Don't let anger ruin your day.

Next time, just for the sake of being taken seriously and not having to explain a disability, try typing your question into a word processor with spell check or type it in a blank email and check your grammar and spelling.
Then, just copy and paste your final product into the question box.

I don't know your age or anything, but if you truly have dyslexia, this is a good habit to develop to prevent problems in the future in your career. Like it or not, people will judge you on spelling and grammar and finding ways to work around your learning disability can only help you further yourself.

If you know you are dyslexic then before you post a question, open up Word, copy and paste the question (because the spell check doesn't check the details) and do a spell check on it. That's what I do.

***************

Maybe it's your bad attitude. Maybe it's because you have so much negativity you bring around yourself that you attract negative people. The one question where I saw that you used the incorrect word was a question where you attacked people based on their religion. And then when people said, "well other religions do that" you got very defensive; just like you did with people telling you to use spell check. And if you put the question into Word it will pick up mistakes like their and there. BTW, mistaking those 2 words isn't dyslexia, it's either the lack of knowing which word to use or laziness when proof reading.

I think you are young, at least emotionally, and need to grow up a lot.

************

I found the question and answer. It wasn't rude the way he said it, he was actually kind in his wording. He is a 'nonbeliever' and you are a Christian who loves to attack people of other faiths. Just so people know exactly what you are talking about here it is:

"No more amazing than the believers who have never read their bibles cover to cover even once. As a non-believer, I've done so over 50 times.. makes one wonder just what christians think they DO know.

Edit: just a word of advice. If you want to make yourself look intelligent, you might want to learn how to spell and use proper grammar. You only hurt your cause when you misspell words and don't understand how to use proper syntax.

2nd edit: So, perhaps you shouldn't be throwing stones then if you have a learning disability. You started the attack and don't like that it came back to bite you. Most non-believers know more about your bible than you do. Think before you flame next time."

Oh that would be me that said this to you..
#1. You were attacking people's intelligence with your question.
#2. It wasn't until I stated that you would be better off using spell check if you wanted to present your case intelligently that you then whined that you have a learning disability.
#3. I happen to be dyslexic myself, so I am not about to apologize considering that all you've tried to do since you were busted for your inflammatory comments was to try and garner sympathy for it.
Perhaps you should take a lesson from this, use your spell check, and instead of attacking people, ask a respectful question.

Edit: Thanks to FaeryWhings for the fact check, and to Acid_zebra for the kind words. I appreciate anyone who took the time to actually see what was written instead of just giving this person the sympathy she's seeking.

Friend this site says R& S, But let me say this as nice & honestly & humbley as I can. There is many people on this site, if they can't find something to make fun of about your question, then they will make fun of your spelling or word phrases. They do this trying to prove they know something, when they don't know the difference between a dog & a cat.I myself used to be a top speller in my class back in the 1950's, I was even awarded a prize for it, but today I have trouble spelling my name sometimes. as you age, so does certain things in your mind concerning everyday things. I am not saying your memory is failing, but mine is. Friend don't pay any attention to anyone that makes fun of you, One day they will reap what they sow. You ask all the questions you want, & don't fear anyone on this site, when you know you have done the best you can, God will take that questions & open it up to the sincere ones, to where they know what you are talking about. I have been called just about everything on this site. So Freind don't wory & let anyone cause you to be hurt or sad. God loves you, too.

Compared with many questions on Yahoo answers, you put it reasonably well.

I thought your question was quite a moot one, since some people quoting from the bible are being very selective and miss what are pretty obvious objections as christians see things. We have taken time to understand the bible. Its not really a nurturing environment here I think, although its quite interesting to see what different people say.

Because there are people out there who just want to insult other people and point out little errors. I'm not dyslexic, but i have had comments made about my spelling. So I can't spell! Get over it! It is very annoying, particularly when people point out spelling errors instead of answering the actual question.

Some people get off on acting like that towards others. I guess they can't feel good about themselves unless they make someone else feel bad. It looks like the attacker is insecure when they do that. Only someone with issues of their own would waste energy to get a thrill out of picking on such things.

Thought I was bipolar the other day but my other half said not to worry about it. Ask any question that you want and ignore the retards, they only come on here because they are invisible and putting others down makes them think that makes them better then others. Not unlike real life.

It was because many people have no regard for other peoples possible problems, and think that everyone is perfect, like them. Ha ha!! Just ignore the ignorant ones and try to use the spell checker.
