ccAPP is a part of Norton Internet Security.

Maybe you need more RAM. You should have 512MB or more. Check your system at http://www.coastmemory.com to see what your system will take. You can return to Staples and ask them to install it. That would be the Easy way.

Be sure to run your anti-virus scans, but you also need an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.

These are cleanup tools. Ad-aware cleans files, and SpyBot cleans the registry.

Good luck and Happy Computing!

It sounds as if you are having a RAM issue. You may need to upgrade your RAM to open larger programs. In the meantime, take it back to Staples for a fix or a refund.

Unfortunately you have reloaded the virus affected software which are instantly corrupted you computer. What you have to do is first of all format you computer totally ( remove the network connection) then first load the Anit virus software with its latest signatures ( for this you can hook on to the network) after this start loading all your programs then you will have no problems.
