Yes, it definitely sounds like she's pregnant. Getting her to the vet for a check-up is the right idea. :)
If she is pregnant, you basically have two options: You can let her have the kittens, or you can have her spayed during pregnancy, thereby also aborting the kittens. I know the second option sounds horrible, but it can be the best idea if there's reason to think your cat might have problems during pregnancy (though, at two, she's at least not to young). Also, there are already so many unwanted kittens in the world and millions of healthy animals have to be put down...
However, if you don't want to do that (which is perfectly understandable), you have to start looking into proper care of a pregnant cat. Firstly, try to set aside some money for vet expenses. Also, have a look at these articles:
http://cats.about.com/od/reproduction/a/pregonlne_one.htm
http://cats.about.com/od/newbornkittens/Newborn_Kittens_Orphans_Feral_Litters.htm
The first is about caring for a pregnant cat and the second about caring for newborn kittens. (You should start looking for potential adopters early, unless you want to keep the kittens yourself.)
Talk to the vet about how old the kittens have to be before their mama can be spayed - most vets say about 8 weeks, since they're old enough to be without mama for a day then.
Watch your cat very closely after birth - she might go into heat again quickly, and if she manages to get out again, she could get pregnant a second time - two pregnancies closely after each other would be very, very bad for her health. Get her spayed as soon as the vet says it's okay.
Good luck to you and your kitty! :)

Your cat is most likely pregnant. You should reconsider getting her spayed until after she has her kittens because that is a horrible thought that you would want to abort them. It takes 62 days before they are born. Then, six weeks for them to learn to be on their own. I'm sure if your vet tells you that she is definetely pregnant, he will also try to help you find homes for them, if you ask. You can post it on their bulletin board right in their office and other offices as well. There are alot of cat lovers out there and no matter what everybody else says, there is always going to be people out there wanting a new baby for their family. You can always get your cat fixed shortly after her giving birth to her babies (1-2 weeks). She will keep her milk for her babies until they are ready to be weaned. Think about it seriously before you decide to willingly kill the little babies that could be growing inside of her by getting her spayed while being pregnant.

Cats have a gestation period of 63-68 days. If she's 3-4 weeks along, then she would be showing some signs. Sounds like you're going to have a busy household in the next couple of months. Good luck!!

If she is pregnant, you have to get her to the Vet as soon as passable. If you do not want her to have kittens, The Vet can take care of that for you.
Good Luck.
