Awww, honey, I know EXACTLY how you feel... I had those same exact symptoms. You are going to be OK and overcome this problem!! Did you read my answer to your other question? I know it sounds so simple, my answer about listening on headphones to chanting monks, Enya, or other relaxing music... it is simple. but IT WORKS. MUSIC directly affects the NERVOUS SYSTEM. I learned this in grad school for holistic medicine. Try it!!! I used to go from literally crying, believing I was DYING, my heart slamming, to DOZING OFF TO SLEEP just by the music, doing deep breathing, and making my arms, legs and body LIMP. And telling myself, "You're fine, you're fine, everything is fine, the feeling is starting to pass..." (even if it wasn't yet, I told myself that). If you need help with these details email me and I will even talk to you on the phone if you want. I know how scary it is!!! It is a nightmare. Take my advice and YOU WILL OVERCOME THIS, I PROMISE YOU!!!! Don't worry!!!! Just these few simple things, its just a matter of being aware of them and applying them... :)
By the way, I was looking at your other questions, saw the one about preventing cancer: I actually flew to California one time to interview a cancer specialist. He told me that the number one way to prevent cancer is to ELIMINATE SUGAR FROM YOUR DIET. Interesting, huh?

You need to communicate urgently with a person who cares about you - a family doctor, members of your family, a close friend, anyone. First way to deal with fear is to spread it around.
Also, try to identify what precisely you are afraid of. Try to crystallise this into a single thought - don't allow it to generalise, it has been present for too short a time for it to have taken root. What do you think of all the time?
After you have written down what you are afraid of, now look at this fear, and think objectively - how reasonable is this fear? What is the real chance of this happening? Was I worried about this last week? If not, why?
This will help you to work out a bit more of what's going on. In the meantime, don't wait - seek help, see a doctor. The above stuff will give him more information and should help it be easier to sort things out. And remember - you didn't feel like this last week, so you know that things could be better - therefore, they WILL be.
Good luck.

Definetely seek help.Is there a parent or school counselor you can confide in? A Pastor, a best friend, a classmate? Has something traumatic recently happened to make you feel this way? Are you on any prescription meds? Have you "experimented" with drugs & alcohol? Your question is really vague, but I wonder if it has something to do with you having a post-traumatic response or anxiety or depression, or schizophrenia. Regardless seek assistance. Best of luck to you! Take Care!If your parents think this will go away , they are sadly mistaken and I feel bad for you that you don't have thier support. Talk to a counselor at school, or pick up a local phone book and call the Mental Health Dept. in your county. You need assistance before things get worse. I truely wish you the best of luck.Hang in there, people want to help you, keep that in mind and seek assistance.

Sounds like you are under a lot of stress, could be school or your personal life. Early morning waking is generally about being anxious / worries going round your head etc. Worrying about worrying is the worst! You could try to talk yurself own logically ie I'm worried about something happenng but nthing life threatening has, or you could try visualising a nice calming situation as a temporary measure. Have you got a mate to talk about it with? I think that would be good too.

ok , just go dress up and calmly go to a doctor, ur on a verge of psychotic break, the reasons should be exploited later , but at the moment all u have to do is go to doctor, they will give u sedatives, it will decrese and control the tension , till later u figure out the problem,
just do it now for ur own sake
and dont even think that this says ur crazy or somthin , sometimes its stress.,
sometimes love , sometimes a viral infection
just go to doctor

anxiety disorder (GAD)
People with GAD may experience a few symptoms or may feel overwhelmed by many symptoms. The key signs of GAD are anxiety and worry that are difficult to control and have lasted for at least 6 months. In addition to excessive anxiety and worry, people with GAD have at least 3 of the following symptoms:
Restlessness or feeling on edge
Fatigue - Difficulty concentrating or mind going blank -
Irritability - Muscle tension - Difficulty sleeping - Symptoms associated with muscle tension, such as trembling, twitching, feeling shaky, and muscle aches and soreness -
Physical symptoms such as clammy hands, dry mouth, sweating, nausea or diarrhea, an increased need to urinate- trouble swallowing, and an exaggerated response to being surprised .
causes:GAD may run in families. It may also grow worse when a person is under stress. Although the exact causes of GAD are unknown, it may be due to a chemical imbalance in the brain. Serotonin and norepinephrine are 2 chemicals used by some nerve cells to communicate. These chemicals, called neurotransmitters, are thought to be linked to GAD. Therefore, medications that affect these neurotransmitters may play a role in treating GAD.

Okay well first lets see if we can uncover why you are in a panic mode. What is going on in your life you are worried about? Is it tests at school? Is it dating or boys? Problems at home? Is someone hurting you or teasing you? See you dont have panic attacks for no reason. One of these or something else is causing them. Once you figure out what then doing something about it is possible. Email me and we will see if we can figure out what it is.

Definitely seek medical help today. This might be related to your heart, and needs to be checked out now. Tell your parents, and if they aren't supportive you can still go to a walk in clinic and be seen by a physician. You certainly need to follow up with medical help. Good luck!
