I only lasted about ten minutes in the spinning class. I thought I would need a wheelchair coming out after that. How can I develop leg strength for spinning so I can, at least, work out for half an hour.

You're going to have a long hard haul building endurance.

Actually, just operating the device that wore you out will build your endurance.

Such is the penalty of having been a couch potato.

Do leg stretches (calves, hamstring, quaddriceps).....walk & run.will build more strength &continue to spin
