The Kennel Club is a regulatory organisation in the UK that has information on its website about where to buy breeds of dogs. Here is a link to their website:

Go here for the best dog training couse http://dog-training-course.checkhere.info

Since it is obvious that you do not have a clue about obedience training, your services should be for free. You cannot train even an adult dog for 8 hours a day. About the most that can be done at any one time is 10 - 20 minutes and that is with an adult dog and not a puppy. The attention span on this baby is extremely short and training session should be no more than 10 minutes and twice a day. Additionally, there isn't going to be much learned if you will only be training for 5 days. Obedience training is cumulative and is done over a much longer period of at least several weeks to several months.
What you can charge is determined by your experience, reputation, and accomplishments and in a case like this, should also include guaranteed expectations. Just working with dogs over several years, is not the experience that is necessary to be a dog trainer. There are too many people who are putting that title to their name and fleecing the public. Don't be one of them.

If I was looking for a GSD puppy, I think I'd first try the Kennel Club website. They have a Puppy Register. The linked page gives advice on where not to buy a puppy, about the benefits of buying a KC Registered puppy & takes you to their fully searchable Puppy Register.
http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/item/436

I'd also have a look on the Champdogs site. All contact information is free & I think that all the puppies advertised here will be KC Registered.
http://www.champdogs.co.uk/guided/all_german-shepherd.html
This site gives you info on breeders & where they are located, puppies, contact details for GSD Clubs & even the latest show information.

There's also ePupz - this site is searchable by region & will have a mixture of registered, unregistered & mixture puppies - you have to register to get the contact details. Registration is free & lets you view contact details for all ads older than five days ... if you want to view contact details for current ads then you have to pay a one-off fee of £4.99.
http://www.epupz.co.uk/search/puppies_for_sale.asp?breed=German+Shepherd&area=Oxfordshire&st=1&Submit=Search+++
(the only puppies they have currently advertised on ePupz in Oxford are in Abingdon)

There's also the Pets4Homes site that has searchable ads:
http://www.pets4homes.co.uk/pets4homes/home.nsf/PV?SearchView&Query=(FIELD%20TypeTX=Dogs)%20%20AND%20(FIELD%20BreedTX=German%20Shepherd)%20%20AND%20(FIELD%20PA_LocationsTX%20CONTAINS%20Oxfordshire)%20&start=1&count=10&SearchOrder=3&ExactMatch=True&SearchWV=FALSE&SearchFuzzy=FALSE&SearchMax=250

Finally, if you don't mind a bigger pup ... more a dog really as he's 12 months old - then there was an advert placed last week:
http://www.adpost.com/uk/pets/10806/
He's in Banbury

I've been looking for pups for you on the Internet for a while now (check your other question). I've found a really good website - http://www.adpost.com .I can't seem to find any German Shepherd puppies in Banbury for you but there are a lot of German Shepherd pups available OUT of Banbury.

In any given situation, focus on what you do want your dog to do instead of on whatever he’s doing wrong. Learn how to train your dog https://tr.im/zLXs2

For example, suppose that on many evenings, your young dog gets busy looking for trouble just as you’re digesting your dinner. He grabs a boot from the mat by the front door and gallops through the house with it. You yell at him and take it away. He grabs its mate. You yell and take it away. He heads for the kitchen and starts checking out the counters in case something tasty’s been left behind. You chase him away. And on and on, until you’ve lost your temper and torn out clumps of hair you can ill afford to lose.

Go to the kennel club website http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/
& they will put you in touch with a breed club near you.
Make sure the parents have all of there health testing certificates relevent for that breed, hip dysplasia etc.
Please do NOT go to the free adds on the web, you'll end up with a badly bred dog with health problems.
If you are not prepared to spend money for a good quaity pup go to your local shelter & adopt a rescue.
