Reading Scientology book may not change your being a pagan, because every knowledge is personal experience and every knowledge is as inportant as you feel it, being a pagan does not stop you from reading any book you feel like reading. what you dont believe does not have much effect on you.

Unlike Christians, a Pagan is not afraid to learn something new. Nothing is stopping a Pagan from reading a Scientology book except for the Pagans personal preference.

Why should being a Pagan, or anything else, keep you from reading a topic you are interested in, or otherwise exploring the depths of your spirit? I am a Pagan, because that is where I have arrived after years of exploring many schools of thought. Perhaps you are a Pagan on your way to becoming something else. But you won't know, if you close your mind off to other ideas, anymore than you would have become Pagan if you had closed your mind to Pagan ideas. "Truth" is wherever you might find it, regardless of the source, and regardless of the source, all truths originate from the one Truth. Some understand the Truth in one way, some in another. Perhaps you havn't yet found the Truth presented in a way that makes it understandable to you, and need to look further. And even if you have found the "Truth" presented in a way that makes it understandable to you, that is not to say that you might not find it elsewhere, looking at it in other directions, can only help to expand it for you.

A Pagan can read anything they want. In fact, I've read the Bible. Many times. That's why I'm a Pagan.

The Breaking break of day? No fairly, there are some i've got had my eye on, like the Witch's Ten Commandments and Cottage Witchery, and something by utilising Scott Cunningham i individually like. however the extra suited books that i like are approximately aromatherapy, organic cures and different functional stuff no longer located in the Wicca or Occult sections. examine around the climate that interest you. Edit: The Avalon sequence, reported by utilising peace_hope_faith_HELP?, is written by utilising Marion Zimmer Bradley, and a few of them are out of print, yet are stunning. they are fictional, too, and nicely written.

No. What's the connection between the two?

Being able to search online, though, stops you believing anything scientology related.

No, but being intelligent should. Have you ever read Dianetics? Craziest thing I've ever read. Literally. In utero memories of abortion attempts? Nuts. Now, I am all for people believing what they want, but I personally just cannot begin to suspend my disbelief when it comes to the ideas he presents.

Plus, who can beat 'evidence' like "experiments were conducted and results were compiled". I would hope so, L. Ron! Have any details? Oh, no you don't? How convenient...

Of course not. It may stop you from believing any of it, but you can certainly read it if you keep an open mind.

it shouldn't, everyone should keep an open mind, research and read as much as you can, to then form your own opinion.
