Babe, don't pick up someone elses trash. Yeah, I'd be offended! If your friend breaks up with her man and says that you could have him it's like...he wasn't good enough for me but he'll be good enough for you. Don't take that crap. Find yourself your own man. Why should you settle for leftovers!!!!!!!

I would not be flattered. I've always been able to find my own partner. I don't need or want anyone's "leftovers". If I were you, I'd tell your friends to get screwed.Some friends you got there.

I'd feel offended. It's suggesting that you can't get first dibs on your own good man. I would just say "No thank you! If he wasn't good enough for you then he's certainly not up to my standards!" And then laugh so that they can't detect if you're kidding or not.

You shouldnt date them at all its just a rule. Proably offended because if they were not good enough for them that means they dont think much of you.
