If we keep trying to capture and kill criminals, won't they fight to the Death? Wouldn't it be better to ask them to cease from conflict and make amends?

The law is a law to be enforced The purpose of enacting the law is to stop criminals from doing criminal acts for the good of the whole people of the land or country where you belong. Can you not imagine that if there is no law to punish the criminal in doing criminal acts, your country will be in danger.Maybe you can not yet understand why your government enacted such law to be obeyed by the people. This is for your own good.

In general every person is not birth as criminals and they are changed as criminals by their own sin or the sol or due to some own problems some times without any reason the community makes his as criminal and ones he commits crime in internally he feels responsible for the crime and wants to correct it and when he was cought and brought for justice the real justice is to let him speak about the crime in his internal view and then decide about the punishment or correction of his crime

Ted Bundy confessed to raping and murdering over 30 women. He was captured and finally put to death. Do you really think a man who raped and slaughtered these women would stop if he were set free if society just said, "Gee, Ted, you have to play nice and stop killing women?'
