my sister 7+ year old, she is realy playfull and she is in grade 3,
when it comes to her studies she is not that interested in her studies and she dont like to read or write ..
q1. is this is a normal thing

o come on offcourse its a normal thing, what kinda kid were u?
all the kidz wanna play and fool around , thatz y parental attention is needed till da end of elementary school.
but after all u can make it more interesting for him study, rewarding , sometimes fear of punishment
the best solution is to initiate a future dream for him,her , kidz are superb in limitless imagination , if she likes doctors , point out how gr8 a doctor can be by saving lives and so forth

She's 7, of course she'd rather play than study. Frankly I don't see why a 7 year old needs to do work outside of school.

to begin with at that age I think it`s normal.now to help your sister some how.you can try to join with her in the same interest to bring in education game.some in voice with what you think she do not like just in a form of a game to play along with her.not everyone is the same. show caring in a sensitive way people change in difference stage in these live be sensitive and give her time.

this is quite normal. but she is ought to study too may b for half an hr at least. make her sit with something more creative, decorative and find out how she likes the most while studying. it is easy. try it.
