it has a lot of meanings:
add to لا يُصدّق
and الخارق
الرائع" al-raa'e' "
فوق العادِى
those are the positive meanings
but it could be used -some times- to indicate negative meanings
for example: لا يُصدّق
could be used when some one is lying all the time so we say "Oh my God ,he's incredible" = "الشخص الذى يكذب كثيراً من الممكن وصفه بأنّهُ لا يُصدّق"
Hope it helps
