Get a copy of the Bible on audio, and listen to it day and night, even when you are sleeping. You can download some copies for free on the web, I think www.audiobible.com has some downloads, just do a search for audio bible, and you will find lots of links.
Try to repeat what you are hearing, learning like a little child, hearing and repeating, hearing and repeating.
I used this method to learn Portuguese with the Bible on tape, along with complete immersion. It works great, and will help your accent be correct.

Listen to English songs. Read. Travel to England. Avoid certain areas as they have developed a language of their own. It is called chav! lol. Avoid at all costs. Bit like Ali G language.

find a friend who's good at speaking english and ask him to teach you. try using the language as often as you can.
