You can also try Pearl Centre, around Level 3 or 4, there's a few stores that sells imported hair products.

I`m not sure, but you could try ordering it from the internet. I know
Wal-Mart has it, but I`m not sure they have it on their webiste.
I did a yahoo search and found many places on the web carry this product.
