You mat have a gum infection, try using a mouth wash, but the best thing would be to visit your dentist.

You might have a slight gum infection or be brushing too hard. Try and see you dentist for a quick clean up. Also try flossing in the morning and evening and chew gum after eating and use a mouth wash. This will all help if you have a gum infection.

Others might say you have gum problem. But you said you have good dental hygiene. I think that you might have SCURVY. Cutting up veggies and fruits means your not taking up RDA of Vitamin C, causing collagen synthesis problems leading to easy bruising/bleeding, among others. Bring back those fruits/veggies or take vitamin c supplements. Might stop the bleeding. But have it checked by a dentist too, just to be sure.

Don;t worry - your teeth aren't going to fall out.

Sounds like you have a little gum disease - we all get it. Try using a toothpaste like Total, which is great for the gums, and also make sure you're not overbrushing.

Go to your dentist for a check up and they'll be able to sort you out.

Go to the doctor and they may tell you to visit your dentist. There is a gum problem called gingivitis that can cause the gums to bleed but get it checked out professionally foryour own peace of mind.

Go to a dentist and have your gums seen to. There may be something going on that needs to be looked at.

Your tooth brush may be worn out. Try buying a new toothbrush with soft bristles.
