I clean it twice a day with cleanser and mousteriser, specific to sensative skin. I am still getting pimples, and i keep getting these little itches. Why is this? What should i do? (p.s. i'm 17 & male)

your skin is itchy because it is still dry... I've had luck with a product called cetaphil, it's a little more expensive than, say, your oil of olay, but it's definitelty worth it.
