Your pastor is in a deep state of denial. You cannot learn from this man any further. You must learn so you may one day teach him the how's and the why's.

Micro or Macro evolution?
You see- Macro evolution is when one species evolves into a completely new species (apes evolved into humans). This is clearly not true b/c there are apes still around. Why did only some evolve. No matter how much scientists know about DNA and try, the closest they could ever come to this was adding an extra leg on a masquito.

Micro-Evolution is more belivable. This is where an animal or race adapts physically to their environment. White people near the equator turned black b/c their skin produced extra pigmentation to protect themselves from the harmful sun. Another example would be that cats in colder regions have more fur then cats in warmer regions.

Macro-Evolution cant be proved. No one was there to witness and it also makes no sense. You cant have one species evolve into a completely different species.

Micro-Evolution CAN be proved b/c it happens all the time over short and long term periods of time.

You pastor belives in Micro-Evolution and he is wise in what he says :)

Your pastor is quite clearly not very well educated in the sciences. I would suggest that you speak to a biology teacher about evolution and about the scientific process as well. The 'no one was there to witness' argument is always a good sign of ignorance.

Edit: Another good idea is to ignore anybody who talks about micro and macro evolution. They have clearly never studied evolution - if they had, they'd know that there is no such thing as micro-evolution or macro-evolution. These were concepts created by creationists when they found they could not argue against the evidence of evolution - so they divided evolution into two areas and then they can use the "no one was there to witness" argument.

i know its completely possible For God to create a machine that can cause evolution among animals, Just as he creates the Sunset with its only Majest sunset everynight. It evolves within its own mechanism.
I dont know if that is how God actually did create animals but just yesterday CNN published photos of a fish that looks like an aligator. i think it was published as a primer to show that they found a link in some cases.
However it is clear that Adam was created/resurrected from the earth which was in the Garden of Eden. Eve was created like a clone from Adams Rib.

But DNA can be manipulated by men, and it can be manipulated by God in so much a greater Way that it is possible to put a Time-release change in every suceeding generation. DNA and Genetics could be the correct For Hardware for spiritual gifts, so all things are known by God, all things are possible too. but not all things are LIKELY.

That's an interesting theory.
I have a bit of a different one. I believe God placed a variety of animals on the earth, and that he created the majority of them without evolution. However, I believe that we, even humans, evolve as species. But I don't believe that we evolve from one species to another. To me, that is where the holes come in.
Here are some of the holes I see in evolution. Evolution does not account for the variety of life. There are many species which did not ever need to become the way they are in order to survive. They're just the way they are, though of course they adapt to the environment in small ways.
For instance, for us, even if a need arose for us to have wings, I cannot see us evolving wings, either gradually or as a jump (unless of course God created that change). It makes no scientific sense. And yet the same theory is applied to so much of nature, using natural adaptation which almost everyone believes in and extrapolating the evidence to include things which never were.

I hope you donot continue to listen to this Pastor of yours , he has clearly lost all his brain cells. If he believes in that then how can he be a pastor - All religions believe God has created everything on earth. Dont get wrapped up in your pastors journey of confusion, people like him will only cause uneccesary confusion in your life. Find another pastor or church that is mentally stable.

Your Pastor has confused "evolution" with "adaptive behavior".

We all evolve- physically, from babies to preadolesents, to teenagers, to young adults, to middle aged adults, to old farts,,,then we evolve into ferterlizer of some kind.

Spiritually, we change- from sucking a bottle, to wanting candy, to wanting a new bike, to avoiding candy because it causes zits, to middle aged adults where we eat what we want, to middle aged adults where pizza spices makes us sick, then old farts,,,,then once again, we evolve into ferterlizer of some kind.

The circle of life is simply that, a circle.

HOWEVER, having said that,,,,Almighty G-d is G-d, and he can make humans, or anything else the way he wants too. The simple act of saying "Some" or "not" or "yes" is all forms of limitations on G-d. How can we as mortals put limitations on the Almighty?

We cannot- if we do, we fail every time.

Good Luck

Thats insane. Evolution happened.... wow, I don't even know what to say about your pastor. Nothing nice. I'd like to punch him upside the head, maybe it would knock some screws back into his brain because they're obviously loose.

That's rather like saying that the earth revolves around the sun for animals, but for humans the earth is in the center of the universe and everything revolves around it.

LOL@ no-one was there to witness. Yet he seems happy to take for granted everything in a 2000-year old set of recollections and stories.
