50 Ways To Leave Your Lover

The problem is all inside your head
She said to me
The answer is easy if you
Take it logically
I’d like to help you in your struggle
To be free
There must be fifty ways
To leave your lover

She said it’s really not my habit
To intrude
Furthermore, I hope my meaning
Won’t be lost or misconstrued
But I’ll repeat myself
At the risk of being crude
There must be fifty ways
To leave your lover
Fifty ways to leave your lover

CHORUS:
You just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don’t need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don’t need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself free

Texting, email, and phone calls, are considered tacky and heartless, so sit down with them in person.

Be honest but not brutal. Just say you don't think things are working out and you want to break up.

Don't say you still want to be friends unless you honestly do. Don't say you want to take a break unless all you want is a trial separation. Try not to get into the discussion about whether or not you have or like someone else. No good can come from that. It's important that they aren't left with false hope because then they wont be able to move on.

to tell the person the truth..calmly without and change in the tone you say it..explain that you dont feel the same way anymore...give that person some time to let you go and make sure you explain why..the truth although painful at first will help you both in the end..breakups hurt but its better to break up before you hurt yourself from staying together when you dont want to be..

The best way to do it is to just do it.......If the relationship is no longer working then plz. let the other person know. Approach the person and put it out there.... the relationship is no longer working for whatever reason or reasons and it would be best to end it now!!!!!!!

Be honest with them. Invite them to a dinner at your place...not romantic candles....etc...

Tell them something has been bothering you, and tell them the truth of how you feel, they will respect you for telling the truth...a lot of times they will not accept it and its OK, it takes time, but it will be OK, if they want to rest on your shoulder, let them be, but NO MORE intimacy....no matter what not one last time kind of deal because that will tell them that there is a chance and you are just talking....

Be loving but firm.

Kindly. Use simple short phrases and do not place blame. Use "the Golden Rule" here. Good Luck.
