1) [Bienvenido (singular), Bienvenidos (plural)], or "De nada" if you mean, you're welcome as in thank you.

2) Cómo estás? / Cómo andas? (both are informal), Cómo está?, formal.

3) [Estoy contenta (you are a female)/contento (you are a male) de verte! OR Estoy feliz de verte!] << for greeting one person only.
[Estoy contenta (you are a female)/contento (you are a male) de verlo! (INFORMAL), OR, Estoy contenta (Female)/contento(male) de verlos!]<< for greeting two or more people.

4) Espero que disfruten las Filipinas. , Ojalá que la pasen bien / disfruten las filipinas. (last one is a little bit more informal).

HOPE IT HELPED!

I agree with la buena buja, but offer this advice. If you are living in the US, dont' worry about tenses and perfect and imperfect tenses...these are mainly used in Spain. I work with a lot of Mexicans, and they refrain from using those conjugations.
