Hey ive been throught the exact same thing mine lasted about 6 weeks.Every night i would still be up @ 3.I had to take sleeping pillls every night!I think you may just be thinking too much.Try to read a book before you go to bed, it works well.Try not eating about a hour before you go to bed aswell.I hope this doesn't last for too long.If it is longer than 6 weeks i think u may have to see your doctor again.

it can be cause by the medication you take. i suggest you inform your doctor about the side effect of paroxetine to you so that he /she can give you a different medication for your panic disorder

It could be because ur body might not want it try a sleeping pill one that ur body does not get used to but u should consult a doctoor first

hmm...
maybe you have some sleep disorder or sumthing... like insomnia maybe?
but there is also a sickness that even though you get rest or sleep enough, you still feel sleepy throughout the day...
or maybe you just feel uncomfortable...

possibly, however i am not quiet sure! i have trouble sleeping sometimes to! its is really frustrating when you know you are going to have a busy day the next day!what i try to do is close my eyes and think of nothing but white, or black but nothing else! sounds weird but it helps!:S
