Here's another good question. Why would God bow down to himself to pray to himself to save himself from killing himself and then say to himself one of two things, either "Father, why has thou forsaken me", or "It is finished". And according to the bible, what was he crucified on? A cross or a tree?

Jesus' last words
Matt.27:46,50: "And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, "Eli, eli, lama sabachthani?" that is to say, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" ...Jesus, when he cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost."

Luke23:46: "And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, "Father, unto thy hands I commend my spirit:" and having said thus, he gave up the ghost."

John19:30: "When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, "It is finished:" and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost."

In the gospels which say that Jesus prayed to avoid the cross, how many times did he move away from his disciples to pray?

Three (Matthew 26:36-46 and Mark 14:32-42)
One. No opening is left for another two times. (Luke 22:39-46)

That Jesus is divine is clean from verses like Colossians 2:19 ("For in him dwelleth each and every of the fulness of the Godhead actual") and a million Timothy 3:sixteen ("God replaced into appear in the flesh"), and Revelation a million:8, 11 and 22:13 with Isaiah 40 4:6 (Jesus mentioned, "i'm Alpha and Omega, the initiating and the ending, saith the Lord, it incredibly is, and which replaced into, and it incredibly is to return, the Almighty" and "i'm Alpha and Omega, the 1st and the final"; Jehovah mentioned, "i'm the 1st, and that i'm the final; and beside me there is no God.") the priority with maximum coaching on the deity of Jesus Christ is that persons interpret it in the path of the "lens" of Trinitarianism. All of those Scriptures practice the deity of Christ; in spite of the undeniable fact that, none of them practice the trinity. in comparison to guy, God is everywhere-modern, all-understanding, and all-effective; hence, he's able to maintain a divine existence and a undeniable human existence and yet nonetheless proceed to be indivisibly and honestly One (Deuteronomy 4:6). "With men it fairly is impossible; yet with God all issues are possible" (Matthew 19:26). whilst God became a guy, He took on a thoroughly diverse human existence, on a similar time as persevering with to exist as God all-powerful, apart from His human existence. to respond to your question, the guy that God became died on the circulate, yet God, apart from humanity, lived on because of the fact God can't die. To sum it up, God the daddy is the only authentic God (John 17:a million, 3), and Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is God the daddy, the only authentic God, appear in the flesh (a million Timothy 3:sixteen). To extra expound in this factor, the Holy Spirit isn't yet another "individual" in an alleged "trinity," yet quite is the Spirit of God the daddy, the only authentic God (Matthew 10:20). The Spirit of God is not extra a undeniable "individual" than is the spirit of guy.
