It is clear that you two are interested in one another. You care about one another and that gives you the power to affect each other so much when you get angry. (You don't really get that mad with people you don't care about you can dismiss their opinions and thoughts rather easily) But I don't suggest you get together. Just be happy with the innocent flirting and try to curb the 'hate' situations. It's a little something to look forward to at work. If you got involved and it ended badly you would still have to see her everyday and that could be torture.

Perhaps the "love/hate" thing is just an exaggerated way of stating that you see the good and bad in each other. If that is the situation then things may work out for you both.
I do not recommend a night out with coworkers to see if this works. Because if anything happens between you both there will be all you coworkers as witnesses and both of you will become top water cooler gossip.
Plus, the huge important fact that she already has a boyfriend. It is not for you to judge if that relationship should continue or not simply because in your opinion he won't commit. That is for her to decide and then act upon. When and if she becomes single, take her aside and ask her what she thinks about hanging out sometime outside of the office.

Love / hate.... giod there fantastic... i love those relationships... You should enjoy the spontinuity while it lasts...
At the moment i have a love hate relationship with a guy... i love him to bits and visa versa... but i wouldn't ever touch him... it's just not meant to be... but we do fancy each other... in a different life or situation i would consider..
They say though the one you hate is the one you truely love and it's true... i hated a guy for 2 years and then found out that i actually was deeply in love with him...
Catch her in the stock room... do your love hate routine and flirt a little more and make sure she knows you want her and that you would commit.. If its meant to be it will work... but time it the key to passion... be patient..

Hahahaha this is funny..
Only you could answer your question on where your relationship could go.. you could always choose to sleep with her.. or you could choose to pursue her..
From the way it looks you're both smitten with each other.. Why not give it a try? Seems like you've been playing with the same fish for quite awhile now.. hehe

Oh, that happens, sometimes you love and hate somebody. As for the hate, maybe "hate" is too hard a word .. perhaps it's "teasing"

This is boring. When you hate her, learn to do that more and burn this relationship.
