Most important is to stay hydrated. Drink FLAT pop(soda) as the bubbles will upset your stomach more. Suck on popsicles or freeze pops also. You may also try Pedialyte. This is for kids and babies, but will work for adults too. It will restore the needed electrolytes to your system and doesn't have all the sugar that Gatorade has. Otherwise, CLEAR broths, crackers, toast with LITTLE or NO butter. Greasy stuff will upset your tummy more. BLAND foods is the rule mostly. If you are experiencing diarreah try the BRAT Diet. Banannas, Rice, Applesauce & Tea. (NO milk)

Saltine crackers, dry toast, dry cereal. Just nibble on anything bland. Just a nibble though! Drink alot, just a few sips at a time. Room temperature liquids and foods are easier to keep down. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

rice or soup. try a cup of hot minestroni because it has a lot of good vegetables in it and it's very light. Also, stay away from stuff like pop or even milk. Water is the best bet...so stay as bland and simple as you can. Good luck, hope ya feel better.
