Never.

He will never leave us, we shall not be moved:
Heb 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
Ps 16:8 I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

Never plucked from God:
Joh 10:28-29 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.

We can KNOW that we have eternal life:
1Jo 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
1Jo 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

Once we are saved, we are sealed by God Himself. From then on, our salvation is not up to us (lest we all should perish), it is up to God. He purchased us, we are His. God is our earnest (part of a legal contract in which something is given as a promise of the remainder):
2Cor 5:5-8 Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
Eph 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
2Cor 1:21-22 Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.
Eph 1:13-14 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

The Divine wants to be a part of your life no matter how you decide to perceive It. Ancient Hebrew war gods or not, the Divine wants to help you improve yourself and wants to interact with you any way It can. The idea of One True Path that makes all others False and Paths to Damnation is too extreme to be true. Why would there be a spiritual path for every culture and blood-line on Earth if only one was True? Sounds like BS to me. Be realistic and understand the nature of the primate spirit goes beyond any one idea of how It does It's thang. It's how you understand It and help your fellow man understand It too, not whether this or that expression is the Right Answer.

God never will leave you from before you were born to the end.
It is people who go away from God!
He is our Heavenly Father, we are his children, he loves us far to much to ever leave us and he sent his son to die for us so we can be saved by that grace. If we lived by old testament laws all of us would be in trouble because you had to follow the old laws to go to Heaven. Now that his son died for us(our sins) we can only be saved by his grace. That is what free choice is.

According to the bible, God is always on watch to us, and once you have been forgiven of your sins and your faith has return to God and have complied with all His wishes and commandments, the Holy Spirit of God is within you to guide you on good things you are doing.May God Bless you and hope you will not be tempted to follow the wrong path to heaven

All souls already belong to God; there is no "once He has you"; He has you already.
What He intends to do with you, or what is noted next to your name is another question entirely, but all souls belong to God.

God is our loving Father in Heaven. If we trust in him, he will not let go. If we even just desire to trust in him, he will not let go. If we push him away, though, he may allow it, though it would pain him to let go. But he is always there at arms length, wanting us to return, and waiting for us to do so.

It is God's will to be with you forever but if your will desires seperation from him then he will let you go. Remember the choice is ours so hang on to him tightly.

Your question should be in reverse: Once we have God....Once your name is in the "Book of Life", it will never be removed.
