It is a US site but quitnet.com is great. Have you considered Champix. You have to buy it as it is new and not prescribed yet but it is excellant i have stopped now for 30days, as a life long smoker i could never have imagined it. I would recommend it to anyone!

The best way to give up smoking I did after 30 years is to go and see your GP and they can prescribe patches or whatever which will cost a lot less than off the shelf also they can give you all the info.

hiya lol im not sure on websites but if your giving up smoking you should just cut down over the days , smoking less and less. try chewing gum or somthing else in ur mouth to help.
