Eat nourishing food that too only when hungry and not more than three times a day unless diabetic. U shud take water only in between the meals. Chew each morsel of food at least 32 times so that ur brain generates a command to u to indicate that u have had enough. Take light exercise and brisk walks regularly. U will be able to attain ur ideal weight within a reasonable time gracefully and effortlessly w/o any side effects.

juice of Gourd Followed by wheat grass also honey with fresh lemon juice is good avoid junk and deep fried foods,go for brisk walking if you could do swimming nothing like it.

Watch what you eat, don't eat too much avoid greasy food.
You concentrate mainly on fruits.
