Hi, not sure what dog you're after but have you tried just putting 'dog breeder Banbury' into a search engine? Probably you have which is why you're asking this question ... d'uh, sorry.
Anyway - I've just looked at your profile & found you're looking for GSD ... when I put 'dog breeder Banbury' into a search a GSD breeder near Banbury was the top hit ... any use?

Look online for your national Kennel club's website. Here in the US its the American Kennel Club but obviously that's not going to work in the UK (there should be an equal) They can give you references to breeders of most of the breeds. Do consider the local shelters as well. Alot of pure bred dogs can end up there just as well as the "mix" breeds and can often be had for a lesser price, the bonus is you can sometimes find one that's already been trained in the basics like housebreaking to save you a bit of work

Don't use a breeder, go to a rescue home and give a mistreated dog another chance. I would never use a breeder unless I was planning to breed them for a living. If it's a pet I'm completely opposed to going ANYWHERE but a rescue home.

Contact the Kennel Club, they have a puppy sales register on line so you just type in what breed you are interested in and it will give you a list of breeders who have pups at the moment.
