Vista dvd's and key's?

Question

I have a home premium vista key, but no back up disc, i can get a back up disc from work ( the computer is used for work ). but the work copy is one of the business vitsa's. If i install the business one but use the home premium key will it work ( ie install home premium?), and how do the keys work in relation to 32 and 64 bit?

the discs all have the same data on them, it is the key that controls which version is loaded onto the pc
