Yes, yes, yes! I left school with virtually no qualifications, and went back to college quite late in life. It has led me to my dream job, which I love and which pays me more than I could ever have earned before going back to college. Stick at it!

There's this thing called networking, apparently. It means that if you know the right people at the right time, you have good work ethics and you're not rude and obnoxious and you don't annoy people (or at least give the impression that you will be a good employee), you'll get good jobs. But even if you get straight As but you're rude as hell and you keep offending people, you might not get the job even if you're a genius... I hope that helps. It's not just about grades. It's also about who you know and how you behave...

But of course going to school gives you additional knowledge... And that also helps.

Education is one of the best privileges you will ever have in your life. If you have a good education it means that you then have a CHOICE to be an average Joe or a smart Joe. Keep at it and good luck

College is definitly worth it cause other than giving you something to fall back on in the future, it teach you valuable problem solving skill which you'll use later in life (in theory at least).
After that, what you do is up to you. Don't be blinded by all the instant gratification around us today. Remember, easy come easy go!

i would say depends on what you want to do later in life, half the time students finish thier degrees etc but cant get a job coz of lack of experience.my mate went to uni for 5 years got a pshcology degree and is now working in a chemist as no one would employ her for lack of experience and she still needs to pay bills, your better off getting a job and working your way up and most places these days you can train whilst in the workplace.good luck

college is always worth it. especially uni. unfortunatly you have to go through FE to get there. It sounds like a big cliche but studying really does broaden your mind and helps you grow. The academic stuff is only a part of the uni experience (and i would argue a rather small one). Uni is loads of fun, i can't recommend it highly enough.

being able to prove you are smart with some kind of deploma, means you will be able to rip of people that are smarter than you who cant prove it.bosses in firms are not smart enough to spot talent with no deplomas, they have to see it on paper. thats why some bosses employ people that arent much good even with a paper that says they are.its all a big con, and it keeps down natural talent, that has no paperwork.

of course, whenever you are appying for a certain job, they look at your resume and how much education you have under your lt. what degrees you received is another consideration. i think they will consider the person who has a degree rather then a highschool graduate and thats all they got.,
